The second GOP Presidential debate will be broadcast by Fox Business from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute in Simi Valley, Calif. on Sept. 27.

The September debate has a higher bar than the first. Candidates need to hit 3 percent in a number of polls that meet the RNC’s methodological standards, and have at least 50,000 donors, with 200 unique donors in 20 different states or territories.
